Pretty Pine Ball postponed
The Pretty Pine Ball committee has announced the event will be postponed due to low ticket sales, despite strong support from vendors and volunteers.
The committee said the decision was difficult but made in the best interests of everyone involved.
A new date has been set for New Year’s Eve, with further details to be shared in the coming months.

Free Mental Health First Aid course in March
A free 12‑hour Standard Mental Health First Aid course will be held at the Deniliquin Golf Club on March 19 and 20, running from 9am to 4pm each day.
The training teaches participants how to support an adult experiencing a mental health problem or crisis until professional help is available.
The course is funded for the community, with all materials provided. Participants are asked to supply their own lunch.
