As part of the recovery effort following the devastating Yarroweyah/Muckatah fire, Moira Shire Council will host a Community Breakfast on Thursday, January 22.
The breakfast will offer support for those whose homes and livelihoods were impacted by the fire.
It will also be a big ‘thank you’ to everyone who responded to the disaster on Friday, January 9, from emergency services personnel who battled the blaze, to the local organisations and community members who have rallied to support the fire victims in the days since.
It will be held at the Yarroweyah Recreation Reserve from 7am to 9.30am on Thursday, January 22.
Free bacon and egg rolls will be provided by the Rapid Relief Team, and the Odesi Collective’s coffee van will have free coffee and refreshments.
A number of support organisations and agencies will attend.
