Moama moved the scoreboard along at an identical rate to BLU, but lost fewer wickets in the chase.
BLU was bowled out for 104 from 31.3 overs, with Oscar Palmer (26) the leader of a tepid batting effort.
Moama took one more ball to eclipse the opposition total, but did so with four wickets still in hand, the chase headed by Kirk Teasdale (40) and Scott McCallum (31).
A short-handed Colbinabbin was dismissed for 92 against Echuca and the visitor had enough in the tank to hunt down the runs.
Thomas (4-29) and William Kerr were devastating with the ball for Echuca, with Thomas following up with a team best 32 in the batting innings to get his side home with a wicket to spare.

Leitchville-Gunbower had little trouble chasing down Rochester’s all out 102, doing so in less than 20 overs and with seven wickets in the sheds.
Judd Cuttriss (40) led the way in the Rochester batting effort, but Sam Colvin’s 5-19 tore Rochy apart to set up the easy chase.
Openers Thomas Colvin (40) and Casey McNaught (34) did most of the work to get L-G comfortably home.
Gus Underwood C-grade Shield
Rochester skittled Girgarre for 59, before rollicking to the total in 10 overs.
Excellent figures were easy to come by as five players shared the wickets two apiece, led by Glen Moroney (2-5).
There were a couple of missteps in the chase, but Nathan West (23) and Matt Tobin (21 not out from 8) kept Rochy on track as they reached the total four down.
Echuca set a respectable 177 against Bamawm-Lockington United, but the Lions had the scoring prowess to run down the total.
Jason Turner (3-19) and Darrel Holgate (3-35) kept Echuca in check in the first innings, and Holgate powered on with the bat, making 92 from 64 to put the run chase well ahead of schedule.
Opening partner Lucas Holgate was also in form, making 42 from 47, BLU picking up the win with six wickets in the sheds.
Peter Raglus D-grade Shield
Rushworth cruised by BLU, after dismissing the Lions for 67.
Shannon Scorse tore the BLU batting order to shreds, taking 5-11 in 5.1 overs, and Peter Raglus got the job done with the bat, making 39 not out to see Rushworth home.
Colbinabbin made a positive 1-60 start to its chase of Echuca’s 5-205, but the match was abandoned before a conclusion.
