Fifty-five deaths were recorded in Songkhla province alone, the area most affected by the disaster, Thai government spokesperson Siripong Angkasakulkiat said.
Fatalities have also been reported in six other southern provinces - Nakhon Si Thammarat, Narathiwat, Satun, Pattani, Phatthalung, and Yala.
More than three million people have been affected by the disaster, according to the latest official count.
The deluge has hit 10 provinces across the country's south over the past week, with the city of Hat Yai, a business hub bordering Malaysia, recording its heaviest rainfall in 300 years - 335mm in a single day.
The search and rescue efforts are focused primarily on Hat Yai, where emergency teams continue to recover bodies as the floodwaters begin to recede.
Hat Yai residents were still ankle-deep in floodwaters and many remained without electricity as they assessed the damage done to their property over the last week.

Authorities are warning the death toll could rise further as more areas of the city are inspected.
Thailand's government is also facing criticism for its alleged lack of foresight and slow response to the disaster.
A volunteer rescue group, the Matchima Rescue Centre, told Reuters it had been inundated with thousands of calls in the last three days, with people asking to be evacuated.
