Most of the four-day program takes place in Melbourne, but organisers have added a regional element, with Shepparton Art Museum the stage for day one on November 19.
“I attended the event in 2024 and it truly was a fantastic event. I put the call out to the organisers to include Shepparton in the 2025 program, and out into regional Victoria,” state Member for Shepparton Kim O’Keeffe said.
“We are very unique and have so much to offer and to share and so many wonderful opportunities.”
Ms O’Keeffe said she was excited to share the region’s story with first-time visitors.
After the Shepparton launch, forum participants will make their way to Victoria’s Parliament House for day two.
Ms O’Keeffe said it would be an opportunity to hear from inspiring women who were shaping the future of business, leadership, community and social change.
Attendees will hear stories, share ideas and build connections with professionals, entrepreneurs and changemakers.
Included in the itinerary are keynote sessions, panel discussions and networking opportunities, to spark innovation, leadership and growth.
“The launch of WEF 2025 in Shepparton marks a significant moment for regional Victoria, highlighting the region’s growing reputation as a hub for innovation, inclusion and community-driven leadership,” Ms O’Keeffe said.
“We would love you to join us as we welcome the world to Shepparton for this landmark event.”
