Regular travellers along the GV Hwy near Arcadia will recognise these characters, which have grown out of the “Stumpy” who first appeared more than 10 years ago. They apparently now have their own mail box. Not sure if they will reply if any children decide to drop them a line.
The Stumpy family. It’s a mystery who is responsible for dressing them up. Every so often a sign appears as well. This week it was about holidays, and previous to that they were “waiting for rain”. Maybe a farmer connection?
