There’s a new coffee hotspot in town, and it’s sure to feel pleasantly familiar.

Stellar Coffee has expanded beyond its Wyndham St shop, opening Sista in a convenient spot near the breezeway on Shepparton’s La Trobe Campus.
For now, Sista will serve quality coffee and locally made pastries, but owner Matt Kington is thrilled about the potential of La Trobe’s new facilities to expand services for both Sista and Stellar Coffee.
“And in a couple of weeks, we’ll take over the kitchen in there and start doing some food offerings and things like that, which is going to be really exciting,” he said.
“Taking over this kitchen at the university will give us the opportunity to move into some hot catering and things like that, also expand our catering options for other people as well.”
Every weekday is coffee day at Sista.

Sista will be running from Monday to Friday, 7am to 2pm.
“Our goal is to get people to come to our café, even though we’re on the university campus,” Mr Kington said.
“We want to let people know that they’re welcome to pull up and wander into the courtyard and visit it like a Stellar Coffee shop, even though it’s situated inside the university.”
Another surprise from Stellar Coffee is set to be revealed in the next two to three months.
