Beautiful autumn weather provided the perfect conditions over the weekend for sporting events, and family get-togethers for Mother’s Day.
Last Friday Jerilderie’s St Stephen’s Anglican Church members held their annual Mother’s Day raffle.
Two lovely hampers were won by Lorraine Valerius and Lorraine Smith (Heidi Bryce’s mother).
Thanks have been expressed to everyone who generously supported the successful fundraiser, and to those who were selling tickets.

The next meeting of the Jerilderie Hospital Auxiliary will be next Thursday, May 22, at 2pm in the meeting room at the hospital.

The auxiliary has been invited to attend.

Unfortunately a visit from the Rotary Men’s Health Education Rural Van, which was to have been in Jerilderie again this month, has been cancelled.
This is due to a death in the family of the nurse in charge of the van.
