“It would appear that someone has deliberately hit the glass, causing it to break and spider,” Sen Const Keast said.

He said the glass was hit with a blunt object more than once.

“Nothing appears to have been taken, it just seems to be unlawful damage resulting in an unnecessary cost to the community,” Sen Const Keast said.

He said the damage bill was estimated at about $400.

“We don’t have this sort of thing happen here — and understandably, after the celebration launch, the community is in uproar,” Sen Const Keast said.
