Tatura Community House manager Leeane Button said there was a line-up at the house as people waited for the maps to go on sale at 8am.
‘‘People enjoyed coffee and bacon and eggs before heading off to the sales,’’ Ms Button said.
With 77 households registering their sales, there were plenty of bargains to be found on the autumn morning.
‘‘The town businesses were busy, as were the streets,’’ Ms Button said.
‘‘And the stallholders were friendly and happy.’’
Ms Button said the event always drew a crowd with regular attendees coming from as far as Wodonga, Mill Park and Mt Evelyn.
‘‘The Tatura Community House team this year was led by volunteer Chris Court who did an amazing job organising the event,’’ she said.
