The home side hit the court at full steam, but the Magpies battled hard through the midcourt to stay in the contest.
After the first quarter United held a 14-7 lead, which widened at the main break, as the hosts flexed their muscles in the second term to lead 31-13 at half-time.
Tania Orchard's charges ran away with the contest in the second half and sealed a 65-22 victory.
Jemma Hall was United's best, along with star attacker Jessie Barnes, while young defenders Laura Cole and Olivia Kirby intercepted with ease.
Euroa's Kelly Davidson and Eliza Hoare were the standouts for the away side.
