Euroa could be the dark horse of the campaign, looking to pull off a Chautauqua-esque raid on the flag from last position.
Ellie Warnock will take the reins and has already assembled a new-look A-grade squad to attempt the feat.
Shepparton Swans fans will be delighted by the inclusion of Erin Hopkins and Klarindah Hudson under coach Jana Bruinier, but Annie Cobbledick will miss through injury once more.
Echuca and Shepparton cannot be counted out for a run at the title, especially with Steph Vick and Tracey Brereton at their respective helms, while the next group of chasers all have plenty to prove.
Kyabram, Tatura, Benalla and Rochester will be pushing to make an impact early in the season, with Mansfield still looking for a mentor to guide its young squad at the time of writing.
