The Lodgers faced Dhurringile at Kialla West Recreation Reserve, and after rolling their opponent for 125, were able to reel in the required runs with six wickets in hand and an over to spare.
Ryan McKenna was the hero with bat in hand, cracking 11 boundaries in a match-winning knock of 64.
Lee Talbot (23) and Jack Norman (23 not out) also chipped in to steer the Lodgers to 4-130 in reply to Dhurringile's total.
Earlier it was the likes of Jarrad Newman (3-12), Travis Spark (3-20) and Adam Pigatto (2-34) who had the ball talking for the eventual victor.
It capped an unbeaten campaign for the Lodgers, who defeated Old Students, Katandra and Shepparton United in the qualifying rounds to book their spot in Saturday's decider.
McKenna's grand final form was not an outlier either, striking 207 runs at an average of 103.5 for the tournament.
With the ball Spark (nine wickets at 7.11), Pigatto (seven at 13.14) and Matt Lowe (five at 10.4) found themselves among the top four spots on the bowling ladder in the grade.
The D-grade grand final between Invergordon and Central Park-St Brendan's has been rescheduled to tomorrow night at Deakin Reserve after heavy rain on Thursday scuppered any chance of play.
