Princess Park will play host to the contest, which will have both teams battling it out to finish the season on a high.
"We want to finish off with a win for our supporters and our sponsors," Swans coach Paul Hawke said.
"We don't want to just go through the motions."
Hawke has been impressed with the overall progress of his group this season - and the statistics certainly back it up.
Aside from winning two and a half games with one to go - compared to securing no victories last season - the Swans have also quantifiably closed the gap between themselves and the rest of the competition.
In 14 defeats this campaign Hawke's troops have lost by an average of just 28.93 points, while in 18 losses last year that number was a hefty 134.33 per game.
"I think we took some positive steps forward this year," Hawke said.
"Across the majority of the year we've had bad quarters, rather than bad games, where sides have scored heavily against us in one quarter and blown the scoreline out.
"I think this year we made a lot of progress in closing the margins and being in games for much longer."
Andrew Riordan and Mason Pedretti could be among the inclusions for the Swans tomorrow after last week's loss to Echuca.
The Eagles went down to Kyabram in round 17, with Brett Mahoney and Tas Clingan the better performers.
