Walk to highlight climate change effects on habitat

By Country News

Trust for Nature is inviting members of the public to join a walk through flowering box ironbark in the eastern Goldfields area on October 19.

The property where the walk will take place is part of more than 200ha of habitat that has conservation covenants.

Guests will hear from science adviser Doug Robinson as part of the Spring into Nature program.

The event will provide a good opportunity for people to learn about how climate change is affecting the area.

It will be held at 279 Pontings Lane, Bailieston from 10am to 12.30pm.

For more information, email Doug Robinson at [email protected] or phone 0408512441.
