The festive season is fast approaching and so is the season of giving in Shepparton.

While everyone scrambles to shop for loved ones, not everyone will receive a gift this year. But there are members of the community doing what they can to make sure no child is left without a visit from Santa.
Shepparton mother-of-two Celina Brew put out an ad in a Shepparton community group asking if any struggling families in Shepparton were looking for toys for Christmas.
“I’d like them to go to someone who’s in need, especially with Christmas coming up, as I know how hard it is to struggle and I don’t want any children to miss out,” she said.
“I’ve been a single mum on and off for five years, I know what it’s like to struggle especially with Christmas or birthdays or even having mum-guilt that my babies don’t have much and I just wanna help someone in need.”
Ms Brew dropped off the toys to a mother in need who got in contact with her, and asked her to “pay it forward” to anyone else she could.
