No new cases were announced in Shepparton on Monday and no new exposure sites were added across the region by Monday afternoon as Victoria recorded 705 new cases.
GV Health chief executive Matt Sharp said contact tracing teams were working hard to gather information about exposure sites.
The five active cases have all been announced since Friday, meaning there are no more active cases linked to the previous outbreak.
All 195 cases involved in that outbreak have now been resolved, with one death recorded as part of the outbreak.
Just 12 cases connected to regional Victoria were announced on Monday by Victorian coronavirus response commander Jeroen Weimar, including four in isolation in the Macedon Ranges and two in Mitchell Shire.
There are 8538 active cases across the state, and a man in his 70s from Darebin died in the 24 hours leading to Monday morning.
Eighty per cent of Monday's 705 cases were under the age of 50, with 23 per cent of that number in their 20s. There were 56 people on ventilators on Monday.
Nearly 50 per cent of Victoria's population has had their second dose of a vaccine, and the state continues to edge closer to 80 per cent first dose coverage.
Greater Shepparton is sitting at 79.7 per cent first dose coverage and 43.8 per cent second dose.
The Federal Government data for indigenous vaccination rates has the percentage of indigenous people aged 15 and over fully vaccinated at 24 per cent, with 52 per cent having had one dose.
Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews said the government would provide grants to pharmacies and GPs in 11 hard-hit metropolitan areas to help increase their capacity to administer vaccines, and flagged an announcement for a similar program in regional Victoria in coming days.
