Pool lift for Aquamoves

“The installation of the Poolpod will provide community members who have reduced mobility with dignified and independent access to the water,” Ms Thomson said.

The Poolpod has been designed for any swimmer who is unable to safely use a pool ladder or steps.

Swimmers can choose to use the Poolpod with its custom designed submersible wheelchair or alternatively remain standing while they are lowered safely and securely into the water. Ascent, descent and depth can all be controlled with a button-free RFID proximity wristband.
