Buddhist meditation helps to transform people's minds and helps develop healthy mental habits and practices.

Association president Sam Atukorala said people would feel a sense of clarity and feel emotionally positive after taking part in the sessions.

“Venerable Phra Ronrawee from Dhammakaya Meditation Centre Melbourne will be conducting the sessions on Saturday,” Mr Atukorala said.

The association welcomes anyone who is interested in finding peace of mind to attend the event at the Shepparton Senior Citizens Centre in Welsford St from 10am to 11am on Saturday, October 19.
