The 2025 Gippsland Red Meat Conference is on Tuesday, February 18, at Bairnsdale.

The Gippsland Red Meat Conference is back for 2025 with the theme of: ‘Now. Next. Later.’

Agriculture Victoria Agriculture Services director Kate Linden said the theme encourages farmers to ask themselves when it comes to making improvements on their farm or in their business: What can I do now? What can I do next? And what can I do later?

“Agriculture Victoria is proud to partner with Gippsland Agricultural Group for this event that brings the red meat industry together to discuss topics important to them,” Mrs Linden said.

“The program is packed with leading industry speakers covering the topics that matter most to the farming community, including livestock markets, methane reduction, sheep production, optimising the success of heifers, sustaining a profitable red meat business and much more.

“From cutting-edge innovations to practical tools for success, attendees will leave with actionable insights, inspiration, and innovation.”
