The C grade Saints continued their unbeaten run with a 21 goal victory over Katunga in a qualifying final at Waaia on Saturday.
The Saints were equally matched in the first quarter with every intercept, goal and centre break mirrored by Katunga, with the intensity on the court immense.
The second quarter was better for the Saints getting five goals up and then they were in their zone.
Katunga didn’t give up, fighting the Saints at every turn.
The heat slowed everyone down in the last quarter luckily the Saints had already gotten enough of a lead to secure the win.
Berrigan will move on to the preliminary final to be held at Strathmerton on Saturday, September 7.
The Saints will face the winner of this weekend's semi final between the Deni Rovers and Mathoura.
