It was another hard fought week against a strong opposition in Picola United for Jerilderie’s A grade.
Tanya Rorato was the only player on court playing in her usual position and she fought hard being the main shooter for the game.
Skye Nash had a second week back in defence and caused many turnovers.
Thanks to all the players stepping up for us week after week.
B grade: Lost 30-32.

With half of the team away Jerilderie did a fantastic job.
Jazz Williams played an outstanding game in centre, Sophie Roe had an awesome game in goals and Brooke Mitchell was strong in defence.

Under 15s: Won 36-22 .
Jerilderie’s U15s had a great win against Picola.
Kate Marshall’s drive was strong all over the court, combining well with Sophie Roe who was shooting beautiful goals from distance.
Mia Neessen’s passing into the goal ring was also strong.
Tori Lawton, playing GD for the first time, provided good defensive pressure in the second half and Tamzin Bell was rebounding well.
Abbey A’Vard came on at half time, intercepting the ball which converted to goals.
Chelsea Winn made great positions and her passing was strong.
Emily Marshall fought hard in WD.

U13s: Won 20-8.
Another outstanding team effort with plenty of intercepts and forward drives.

U11s: The Demons played a great game, coming in front for the ball and defending when Picola had the ball.
Jerilderie didn’t crowd the ball which is something they have worked on all season.
