MAC Inc’s fourth Art Fest is on Saturday and Sunday at Cobram Showgrounds.
More than 20 taster workshops are on offer, including screen printing, lead light, pottery, mosaics, painting, drawing and more.

The Art Fest art display runs until September 29, 10am to 3pm each day at 37 Bank St (formerly Dimmeys), Cobram. Entry is free.
A ‘quilt-in’ is on at Tocumwal aerodrome terminal building on Monday from 9.30am, hosted by the combined Tocumwal sewing groups.
Victorian Quilters Guild president Marie Lee, who also co-ordinates the Very Snuggly Quilt Program, is attending.
The program distributes up to 200 quilts each month to patients at the Royal Children’s Hospital. Please bring your sewing machine and lunch. Morning/afternoon tea provided.

Barooga Little Athletics starts Monday and runs every Monday at 4.45pm until December 9 at Barooga Recreation Reserve.

Cobram toy library
Open Saturdays from 10am to 11am during Victorian school terms. At 16 Hay Ave, Cobram, membership is available for as little as $30, with more than 1000 toys to choose from.

Rhyme and story time
Rhyme and story time is on every Friday at 10.30am at the Cobram library.
Sessions start with rhymes and songs, followed by stories and then a simple craft.
Babies, toddlers and preschoolers, with their carers, are all welcome to join in.
If you enjoy singing or playing an instrument, then join the Cobram Senior Citizens every Monday at 1.30pm in the clubrooms, Hay Ave, Cobram.
Members enjoy a singalong and a cuppa and a chat afterwards. Do not worry if you cannot sing, it is all about the fun.
Cobram and District Pony Club meets on the first and third Sunday of each month.
