On Friday, August 2, exceptional films by both emerging talent and short works by accomplished industry professionals are set to be shown on the big screen in the Cohuna Memorial Hall, where they look their shiny best.
This year local talent will be showcased with the screening of the Quambatook Youth Project.
Children as young as eight and as old as 18 worked together to make this short clip which will show the best aspects of their small town.
From football to the few shops, to rich music history and a local legend named Cowboy, Quambatook is nothing short of incredible.
‘‘It was a pleasure working with these great young people to create this video, showcasing the town they call home,’’ NDCH’s youth development officer Matt Allan said.
Doors open at 7pm with the films starting at 7.30pm.
Tickets are $25 which includes a grazing table and a drink on arrival and pizza at interval.
Tickets can be bought from Gateway to Gannawarra on 54562047 or trybooking.com/BDKDB
