Purse, cash missing

A purse containing Australian and foreign cash was reported stolen from a Deniliquin CBD business on Wednesday.

The purse was located inside a backpack placed behind the counter of the business about 11am.

At 1.30pm, the owner noticed the backpack had been opened and then discovered the purse missing.

Child’s bike gone

A child’s bicycle with training wheels still attached has been reported missing from a Deniliquin home.

The bike was left in the front yard of the Russell St home about 7pm on Tuesday, and was gone the next morning.

The bike has a blue frame and orange wheels.

Anyone with information should contact police.

Sign removed

A redgum sign has gone missing from the front of a Conargo property.

Police said the sign was bolted to the front gate.

It was taken between 1pm and 8pm on Tuesday, August 11.

Car scratched

A car parked in Henry St, Deniliquin between 8.45am and 3.15pm on Monday has been damaged.

Police said it appears a metal object was used to deliberately scratch the passenger side door of the car.
