Part of that includes helping local families manage the pressures of schooling, working and caring at home, connecting our community to the activities and people they love.
Tomorrow Today executive officer Rosie Koop said its staff were constantly thinking of ways to keep children, young people and families connected with learning and each other.
“We have linked in with local preschools and schools to expand our reach within Benalla and district and are ready to respond to community needs,” Ms Koop said.

“Our Parents Early Education Partnership (PEEP) program is running online via Zoom videoconferencing.
“Multiple sessions will be offered to families with preschool-aged children, giving them the chance to take part in a fun and bright song and story time session.

“We are also offering parents the opportunity to receive support by phone or online to help them manage during these challenging times.”
To help local families keep little ones entertained, Tomorrow Today has created fun activity packs.

The packs contain craft activities, story books and games.
All activities are designed to increase children’s learning of important fine motor skills (such as cutting and pasting), counting, and rhyming.
These skills all help to ensure young people start school ready to learn.
The packs are available for collection from the green trolley at Tomorrow Today’s premises, 66 Nunn St, Benalla, 10 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday.
● Families who are unable to collect a pack are encouraged to phone Corena on 5762 1211.
