Homicide Squad Detectives have charged a woman following the death of two men, including a Shepparton man, in Westmeadows in 2016.
A 33-year-old Canberra woman was arrested by the AFP in Canberra on Wednesday night and has been charged with one count of murder.
Police were expected to make an application in court yesterday to have the woman extradited to Victoria.
The charge follows an incident at a property on Pascoe Street, Westmeadows on March 12, 2016.
A 49-year-old Shepparton man sustained stab wounds and a 38-year-old Westmeadows man was fatally shot.
Both men died at the scene.
A 40-year-old Westmeadows woman was also taken to hospital after she was assaulted.
