His eight-horse Clydesdale team was part of the heritage and main parades, pulling an eight tonne wheat wagon through the streets of the town.
The festival is a tribute to Australian horsemen and showcases the best horsemanship, bushcraft, art, poetry, music and food from the region.
Over the weekend the Talbot team gave harnessing demonstrations in the main arena alongside well-known heavy horse breaker Bernie Rice.
Rick has been involved with Clydesdales for more than 30 years, and during that time has taken part in working demonstrations at festivals including the Echuca Steam Rally, Barellan Working Clydesdales and Heavy Horse Festival and Moora Working Draught Horse Muster.
His team of eight include Macca, Monty, The Phantom, Sandy, Tex, Tiger, Shadow and Ollie.
