Shepparton meat theft under investigation

Shepparton police are seeking assistance to identify a man they believe can assist with their investigation into a meat theft from a supermarket in Vaughan St.

The theft, which occurred in August, saw a man head to the meat aisle of the supermarket and select several items.

He then proceeded to leave via the front door without stopping at any of the cash registers to pay for his items.

Investigators have released images of the man they would like to speak with.
