The awards were held on Friday, May 24 at The Star in Sydney where the team attended and continued to celebrate their win into the early hours of Saturday morning.
HA Accounting was one of the only regional accounting firms in the country to have been nominated and become a finalist and take out the win.
The team consisting of Zac Hayes, Laura Marks-Craven, Natalie Harvey, Regan Mitchelson, Elly Cottrell and Krystal Freestone are so proud to be a part of such a tight-knit team and cannot thank their amazing families and clients for the constant support through everything they do.
Director of HA Accounting Zac Hayes said winning the award was probably the most rewarding experience thus far.
‘‘Having the team’s hard work recognised not only nationally but in the industry is pretty huge and a real honour.
‘‘It was nice to be one of the only regional firms to be recognised and to really push the fact that we can bring innovation and a holistic approach to the accounting industry,” he said.
The award brings recognition not only to HA Accounting but also the greater Moira and Berrigan Shire region of prestige and cementing to the big cities that regional is a great way to go, and that it is a great place to do business.
