Tatts upset Pretty Pine

Tatts worked their way into the Deniliquin & District Pool Competition top six on Wednesday night.

They overcame second placed Pretty Pine with a 6-4 triumph away from their home table to jump ahead of Buncha Two on the ladder.

Buncha Two were no match for third placed Zoo Two, beaten 7-3, while Zoo One held strong in a tie-break against Coach House 6-5.

In the battle of the cellar dwellers it was eighth on the ladder Buncha One overcoming ninth placed Globe 6-4. Ladder leader Exchange had the bye.

Three game winners were D Teunon (Zoo Two) and W Brander (Tatts).

The draw for round 14, to be held on Wednesday, is as follows: Globe v Pretty Pine, Buncha One v Buncha Two, Zoo One v Exchange, Coach House v Zoo Two. Tatts has the bye.
