The two-day fixture has become a one-day 45 over clash, with Rhinos captain Brad Todd saying this may affect the team line-up for the round nine encounter.
‘‘We may look to change the team from last week, given it’s now a one day game,’’ he said.
‘‘The strategy will still be the same, we’ll hopefully bat first and well which will give our bowlers a chance to defend a total.
‘‘Chris Pyle was set to miss day one so we’re unsure of his availability this week.
‘‘He was crook last week so I’d assume he will be available.
‘‘Despite the change in format Liam Pitts will more than likely come into the side, but Ash Germano will possibly be available this week as well. It all depends on who is available.’’
After missing the six wicket loss to the Hawks earlier in the season, Todd will look to help his side turn around that result.
The last time the skipper lined up against Barooga was in the 2017/18 grand final, where he battled through a groin injury to score 23 runs.
With Todd at 100 per cent, he’s hopeful of a strong performance tomorrow.
‘‘You always want to perform against the good sides,’’ Todd said.
‘‘It would be nice to get some runs against them and help us get another win.’’

The Division One Rhinos will also resume their season tomorrow when they host a strong Cobram-Yarroweyah United side.
With CYU dropping down from Premier Grade to Division One just before the Christmas break, it will be a tough task for the home side.
In Division Two, the Rhinos will be looking to stay in the hunt of the top four when they travel to play Katamatite.
The Rhinos currently sit in fifth spot on the ladder with three wins, while the Tigers are second with four wins.
