THERE was excitement aplenty when The Wizard of Oz Interactive Show came to our town last week.
As part of the show’s initiative to introduce young children to the fun and benefits of live performance, the cast conducted a pre-show drama workshop.
Smiles couldn’t be wiped off faces as children learnt all things performance from the professionals.
The children then had the exciting opportunity to show off what they’ve learned when they appeared on stage for the show.
“It’s about making live theatre exciting for children and being able to share our knowledge in a way they will remember,’’ Director Brian Laul said.
