The first-quarter Local Government Community Satisfaction Survey will be conducted on behalf of Greater Shepparton City Council from Friday, September 13 until Tuesday, October 1.
Council director corporate services Chris Teitzel said the survey aims to gather information on a number of services, facilities and activities provided by council.
“It will provide insight into ways council can improve service delivery, and all information gathered will be used to provide ongoing improvements for Greater Shepparton," Mr Teitzel said.
“Residents who receive a phone call can be assured this is a legitimate survey conducted on behalf of Greater Shepparton City Council."
The phone survey will be conducted by research resource company Thinkfield and all responses will be confidential.
The first-quarter results will be made available to the public after a report is presented to council.
