St George’s Primary School students sang and danced their way through a colourful concert on Friday.

School principal Dougie Souter said the event celebrated Education Week with a special focus on the arts.

‘‘The concert included different forms of singing, dancing and drama,’’ Ms Souter said.

She said the children were also involved in the choreography and design of the performances.

Friday’s event, held in the primary school’s stadium, was great entertainment and there was a huge turn-out from parents, Ms Souter said.
