Twins in dual business ventures

April 14, 2018

Kimberley Geraghty and Allyssa Geraghty are holding an open day this Sunday.

At just 20, Shepparton’s Geraghty twins have opened their first business.

Allyssa and Kim recently established a studio in town to house their individual passions, photography and make-up.

The duo is holding an open day tomorrow, welcoming family, friends, clients and community members to view their new venture.

At 30 Wyndham St, the studio is split in half, housing Kimberley Makeup on one side and Stay Focused Photography on the other.

Kim established her own freelance make-up business, Kimberley Makeup, a few years ago doing make up for special events, such a formals, debs, weddings, birthdays and christenings.

Allyssa has always had a passion for photography and started Stay Focused Photography to capture newborns, families, formal events and weddings.

The sisters are looking forward to welcoming people into the studio and showcasing what they have been working on for the past couple of months.

‘‘Come and have a look, we’re going to have some drinks and some nibbles and people can come and check it out,’’ Allyssa said.

‘‘So many people have been curios to see how it has all been going so we are going to open the doors.’’

The open day is tomorrow at 30 Wyndham St, Shepparton, from 3pm to 5.30pm. Everyone is welcome to attend.
