A woman, 32, was taken to hospital for observation following a single vehicle rollover yesterday.
The male driver, 30, was not hurt in the accident on Kialla Central Rd at Kialla.
The incident took place just before 8.30am where a 60km school-zone starts, affecting traffic heading to Kialla Central Primary School.
A police spokesperson said it appeared the driver had lost control, with the vehicle veering behind a tree and stopping on its bonnet in a small drain on the roadside.
Shepparton police, fire brigade, Ambulance Victoria and Shepparton Search and Rescue attended the scene.
The road was closed to traffic for some time.
A resident who lives near the site said it was not the first time an accident had happened on the road, which leads to the Shepparton alternative route.
Any witnesses to the crash are urged to phone investigating officer Renee McClure at Shepparton police on 58205777.
