If you feel like winding down after a busy Christmas and New Year, and starting 2018 in a relaxed frame of mind, a guided labyrinth walk may just be the way to do it.

A free labyrinth walk is on offer on Sunday morning with guide Dr Lisa Shortridge who will start the walk with an introduction to the labyrinth followed by a short meditation to ensure participants are relaxed.

‘‘Come and walk with me to let go of the old and confirm your new beginnings for 2018 with the freshness of the early morning New Year’s Resolution walk on Sunday,’’ Dr Shortridge said.

The walk will be held at the permanently established Labyrinth in Ferrari Park, Mooroopna off Echuca Rd on Sunday from 8am to 9am.
