A male drive, 24, failed to give way when he turned from Asim Dve onto Archer St

A toddler was among three people hurt in a collision at a Shepparton intersection yesterday morning.

Police say a man, 24, failed to give way when he turned from Asim Dve on to Archer St just before 9am.

A white Toyota Kluger was travelling south along Archer St and collided with the white Hyundai.

A female driver, 35, and her son, 3, were taken to Goulburn Valley Health for observation, and the man was treated for minor injuries.

Shepparton Highway Patrol Leading Senior Constable Neil Johnson said the man would be fined for failing to give way.
