Goulburn Valley Libraries are proud to be supporting and promoting National Simultaneous Story Time in 2017.
The Mooroopna, Shepparton, Tatura, Nagambie, Nathalia and Numurkah libraries will each be hosting a National Simultaneous Story Time session at 11am on Wednesday, May 24.
Last year more than 520000 children at more than 3500 locations around Australia took part in reading I Got this Hat by Jol and Kate Temple.
This year children will enjoy the wonderful story The Cow Tripped Over the Moon by Tony Wilson and Laura Wood.
Come along to one of the library sessions to share the story and a craft activity.
Rhyme and Story time for children aged three to five years old will be held at Mooroopna Library on Wednesday, May 17 at 10.30am.
This month’s theme is Feelings.
Baby Rhyme Time, for newborns to two-year-olds, will be held on Thursday, May 18 at 10.30am.
No bookings are necessary for any of these sessions, just come along and join in the singing and storytelling.

It houses a kitchenette, a big television screen with facilities to connect through your laptop or mirror Apple devices, wi-fi access and can be set up in meeting or theatre style.
This space has been used for meetings, forums, training and other programs and activities.
