Police investigate Mooroopna assault

As he approached the bus stop at Mooroopna Secondary College he was set upon by two men.

The pair coward punched the victim and knocked him to the ground.

They then kicked him to the head a number of times before walking off along Echuca Rd.

The victim suffered serious facial injuries and was taken to a Melbourne hospital for treatment.

The men were perceived to be Aboriginal in appearance, 18-20 years old, tall and with solid builds.
