Vandals hit Euroa

Euroa police are investigating vandalism at Euroa Travellers Stop.

A police officer said the rest stop on Kirkland Ave was vandalised on Sunday and Tuesday nights.

The officer said an offender knocked holes into the deck at the stop on Sunday, while on Tuesday an offender went into the parenting room at the public toilet block and slashed the seating and smashed glass.

Anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area is urged to phone Euroa police on 57952017 or Crime Stoppers on 1800333000.

Fire under control

CFA firefighters worked for almost two hours to bring a grass fire under control on Prideaux St in Katandra yesterday.

The CFA sent five tankers to the scene about 11.05am and stopped the progress of the fire about 12.45pm.

No structures were damaged by the fire.

No injuries in crash

Emergency services were called to a car collision in Picola yesterday morning.

An Ambulance Victoria spokeswoman said the collision happened about 8.10am between a car and a truck at Barmah-Picola Rd.

She said there were no injuries and no-one needed hospital treatment.

Police seek man

Seymour police are looking for Robert Wilson.

Mr Wilson has outstanding warrants and his last known address was in Seymour.

He is also known to frequent the Broadmeadows and Dallas areas.
