Santa showing up

November 25, 2016

Excited: Santa's little helper Indie-Rose Davis.

You better watch out, you better not cry, you better not pout, we are telling you why: Santa Claus is coming to the Shepparton Marketplace.

The jolly man in a big red suit will be arriving tomorrow at 10.30am and there will be a range of fun activities for children to get involved in.

Shepparton Marketplace marketing co-ordinator Danielle Tait said they would be giving children free elf hats, fairy floss and balloons to celebrate Santa’s arrival and from noon onwards people would be able to get photos with Santa.

‘‘Santa’s arriving on his CFA truck and he’ll be accompanied by his friends Clumsy, Smurfette, Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer and Frosty the Snow Man,’’ she said.

Ms Tait said Santa would be at the Shepparton Marketplace until Christmas Eve and starting from December 12 the centre would be celebrating the 12 days of Christmas with a range of activities.

Ms Tait said it was great to see so many children excited to meet Santa.

‘‘Santa puts a big smile on their face and they have very happy Christmas,’’ she said.

Santa Claus will arrive at the Shepparton Marketplace at 110 Benalla Rd in Shepparton tomorrow at 10.30am. For more information on upcoming Christmas activities at Shepparton Marketplace, go to www.sheppartonmarketplace.com.au/#!/index
